MyScentiq Refund & Return Policy

At MyScentiq, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to protect both our customers and our quality standards.

1. Returns & Refunds

All fragrance sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Changed mind

  • Ordered the wrong scent

  • Didn’t like the fragrance

  • Purchased incorrectly

However, we want to make sure you receive products in perfect condition. We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:
✔ Damaged products received
✔ Incorrect item shipped
✔ Factory defects or leakage

2. How to Request a Refund

If your order meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Email support@myscentiq.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, wrong scent)

  • Description of the problem

Requests without evidence may not be accepted.

3. Review & Approval

Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will review the evidence

  • We may request additional information if needed

  • Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis

4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (timing depends on your bank)
